Am I allowed to bring my child/children into the dispensary?
No, children are not allowed inside the dispensary.

What form of ID do I need to purchase recreational marijuana?
A current and valid government-issued ID is required for age validation. Acceptable forms of ID to purchase recreational marijuana include a driver’s license, passport, state ID card, or military ID. Please note that we cannot accept expired forms of identification for legal marijuana sales. You must be 21+ years of age to purchase recreational marijuana.

Do I need a medical marijuana prescription?
You do NOT need a medical marijuana card at our Provincetown dispensary to purchase marijuana for recreational use. You will only need a valid government issued ID that verifies that you are 21+ years of age.

What is curbside pick-up?
Once your order has been completed, all product delivery is handed to you outside of the dispensary by our b\well pick-up ambassador.

Can I shop inside the dispensary?
We allow in-store shopping. Due to COVID ordering ahead is preferred so you can spend less time in an indoor space.

Can I purchase recreational marijuana if I do not live in Massachusetts?
Yes, you can purchase recreational marijuana at our Provincetown dispensary with a government-issued ID that verifies you are 21+ years of age. Please remember that all products purchased in Massachusetts are only legal in Massachusetts.

How much recreational marijuana or how many recreational marijuana products am I allowed to purchase per visit?
Recreational marijuana customers may legally purchase up to one (1) ounce of marijuana flower or five (5) grams of marijuana concentrate per day; marijuana edibles amounts will be contingent based on potency as part of the one (1) ounce limit. Please note that additional limits may be put in place due to extreme demand.

How strong are the recreational marijuana products?
Recreational marijuana products range in strengths and dosages. Everyone responds differently to marijuana as there is no consistent measurement of effects. We encourage all new customers to start low and slow, learning how it affects you while becoming familiar with consumption limits. Don’t be shy asking for help at the dispensary - our highly trained staff will answer any questions you may have.

Where am I allowed to consume recreational marijuana products?
Consumption of recreational marijuana may only occur in privately designated areas where smoking and/or vaping is allowed. Please keep in mind that public consumption of marijuana may result in fines.

Am I allowed to drive after using recreational marijuana?
Driving under the influence of recreational marijuana is prohibited by law.

What are the rules for transporting recreational marijuana products?
Transporting recreational marijuana is similar to transporting alcohol wherein you cannot have an open container of recreational marijuana or marijuana products in the passenger area. An “open container” is defined as having a package with a broken seal or a package from which contents have been partially removed.
